These Terms explain the agreement between you and cornerprovisions for browsing https://cornerprovisions.shop and buying multi-surface and household cleaning supplies from the store.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting account credentials. Do not use the store for an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Products and Store Content

We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability, and colors accurately, but displays and manufacturer packaging can vary. Product selection and quantities may change without notice. Information on the store is general information and does not replace label directions, safety instructions, or professional advice. All intellectual property in store content belongs to us or its respective owner and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons such as inventory, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping limitations, or misuse. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly accept the order. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and checkout amounts are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales or other taxes are collected as required by law; we do not promise that every location is tax-free. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

We ship only to addresses in the United States. All U.S. orders receive free shipping with no minimum purchase. Processing generally takes 1–2 business days, followed separately by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Full details, including tracking and the 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) cutoff, appear in our Shipping Policy.

You may request cancellation before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, exchanges are supported, eligible return shipping is paid by cornerprovisions with a free prepaid label, and no restocking fee is charged.

Acceptable Use

You may not introduce malicious code; scrape or interfere with the store; bypass security; infringe intellectual property; submit false information; harass others; or use the service in violation of law. We may restrict access for conduct that threatens customers, the store, or third parties.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The store may rely on Shopify and link to services we do not control. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, your use of those services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content or conduct.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, cornerprovisions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from store use.

Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify cornerprovisions against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Governing Law; Changes; Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our merchant address and applicable United States law, without depriving consumers of non-waivable protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms prospectively; the date above identifies the current version.
